The Process

Upon ordering we manually process your order. Once processed our team individually picks your order before creating an accurate shipping label.


We are happy to issue a full refund before sending any item/product.  Special orders that we have ordered upon customer request will not be refunded under any circumstance.

Upon dispatch, we will no longer accept cancellations.

Maintenance and Support

We provide as much assistance and direction as possible, the printers provided are of a commercial nature and require ongoing upkeep and maintenance as per instructions. If you have failed to maintain your printer to the required standard and your printer faults, all repairs are at your expense.

Support is not provided for graphic design, basic printer knowledge and non hardware or software related issues. It is expected that you are an experienced printer and understand the process of maintaining and running these printers.


Your machine is covered by a six month return to base warranty. The warranty does not include consumable items such as dampers, print heads, rollers, ink, film, powder and ink capture pads.


We will only accept returns upon our approval, it is your responsibility to return the goods to DTF Store. Returned goods in their produced condition will be considered for a refund.

It will be at DTF Stores discretion as to whether or not the quality of goods is acceptable or not, if approved, we will provide a full refund including freight.

Our aim is to please and if you receive a product that is inferior quality, we will approve your return.
