Important artwork note
This service is intended for customers who understand artwork files, transparency and sizing. If you upload a JPG, it may include a solid background exactly as supplied. We do not resize or redesign your artwork as part of a standard print order.
For bulk logo work, large artwork sets or jobs over one metre that need file transfer support, contact us before placing the order.

Better artwork gives better transfers. Please prepare your files carefully before ordering.
Use print-ready file types
Preferred artwork file types include PNG, PDF, vector artwork or EPS. JPG can be used, but it will print the background contained in the file.
Supply correct sizing
How you size and place artwork in the canvas/order process is how your print will be supplied. Check sizing before checkout.
Use high resolution artwork
300 DPI is preferred where possible. Low-resolution artwork may print soft, pixelated or less vibrant.
For transparent backgrounds, use a file format that supports transparency, such as PNG. JPG files do not support transparency and may print a rectangular background.
Pressing DTF transfers
A heat press is required to apply DTF transfers correctly. Hand-held devices such as irons, Cricut EasyPress or Vevor Easy Press style devices are not recommended for consistent DTF transfer application.
Always test press when using new garments, new fabrics or a new workflow. Temperature, pressure, time, fabric type and post-pressing can affect the final result.
